  Following our initial conversation, we conduct a more in-depth needs assessment through a structured questionnaire or stakeholder discussions. This allows us to evaluate existing HR processes, policies, and organizational structures. Based on our findings, we develop a customized proposal outlining our recommended solutions, scope of work, timeline, and investment. 

Agreement & Onboarding

 Once the proposal is approved, we formalize the engagement through a service agreement, ensuring clarity on deliverables, confidentiality, and expectations. We then schedule an onboarding session to align on objectives, introduce any necessary tools or platforms, and establish key milestones for our collaboration.
